EMS Group Training (up to 3 people) – One Month Bundle

This group training program is suitable for a team of two or three people who are further exploring EMS training and would like to experience the benefits of the EMS training with no commitments to longer programs. Whether you are out of office/travelling or are combining the EMS training with other exercise training, your team benefits from this short term and focused training to achieve your goal.

Who can utilize EMS training?

 

In general, EMS training is suitable for almost everyone whether male or female, young (18+)  or old.

 

All clients should consult with a physician before starting any new workout regimen and EMS training is no exception- especially clients with any of the following: Heart disease, Pacemaker, Extreme blood pressure, Thrombosis, Circulatory, disorders, Arteriosclerosis, Pregnancy, Epilepsy, Neurological diseases, Bleeding tendencies, Febrile, bacterial or viral disease, Hernia
